Pick me up before you go go

A while ago, Uber (where you can get yourself a cab, using an app) was developed. People were really delightful it had been developed, because it was super easy and handy.

What is it? Now recently, Uber has developed another service called: UberBike. As you probably can imagine, this is Uber, for bikes. When you're cycling and for some reason you can't go further (for example because of an injury or you are just really exhausted or your bicycle breaks down), you can get an Uber ride by using the special app. It's quite simular to the usual Uber service, but with UberBike the people driving the cabs have special bike racks installed on their cars, so the bikes can also join the cab ride to anywhere you want to be. Easy, right? And it only costs like €4 more than the regular Uber rates.

Why is it cool? I think this new service from Uber is a great thing! There are a lot of people who get injured during cycling for example. I think it's nice to have a back-up plan and don't need to call your mom to come pick you up (because you were so independent!). I also think it has a link with the trend Sustainable cities because Uber wants to 'meet the different transportation needs and routines of its various cities (PSFK.com)'. They also launched a service for motorboten in Bangkok for example. I think Uber is a great way to wake up the city, because it offers multiple ways to move around and I think that's what makes a city, a city.
